In early April this year my good friend and work colleague was unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer. On the 30th of April he underwent significant life altering surgery which looks to have been a success and saved his life. He is due to start a 6 week course of Radiotherapy at the end of June which will hopefully continue his progression since diagnosis.
I saw this Mullet May-hem thing on the MacMillan Facebook page and knew he’d take great pleasure seeing me with a mullet and it’s for a good cause so it’s happening!!
Any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated as in his own words he is “hard as nails and will beat this, but heart goes out to wee kids that get this terrible disease so get growing that mullet!”

UPDATE - Although its no longer May the donations are still open until the end of June so anything big or small is still very much appreciated. I will be growing the mullet at least until Iain's radiotherapy is complete which is into August. Hopefully by then it is looking suitably ridiculous and photos will be posted.
